Am I eligible to avail of the IBPAP Activate Program?
You are eligible to avail your company of the program if you are an active member of IBPAP at the time of service activation.
What is the duration of the contract under a paid plan?
The paid plans for the IBPAP Activate program come with an annual contract and are billed monthly based on how many active users you have at the end of each billing cycle.
Is there a limit on the number of users (employees) to activate?
You can sign up as many users as you want for the program—there’s no cap!
Is Betterteem available globally?
Yes, Betterteem AI® is available globally.
How do I use the IBPAP $10,000 credits?
Once your enrollment in the IBPAP Activate program is accepted, you don’t have to worry about a thing. When you’re activated, that $10,000 in credits will show up in your account automatically, and it’ll cover the costs for your Betterteem subscriptions during or after the billing cycle when you get them. You can easily check, track, and manage your credits right in the Betterteem billing console.
Can our IBPAP US$10,000 credits be refunded or re-issued?
The IBPAP $10,000 credits can’t be refunded or put back into your enterprise account, even if they were used by mistake or spent accidentally.
Do IBPAP credits expire?
No.
What can I use the IBPAP $10,000 credits for?
The IBPAP $10,000 credits are used to cover subscription fees.
What’s not covered by the IBPAP $10,000 credits?
The IBPAP $10,000 credits can’t be used for any setup, customization, transaction fees, or any other one-time charges.
What happens after I consume my credits?
When you run out of credits, you’ll automatically switch to a paid plan. Don’t worry, we’ll reach out to you before that happens to set you up with the discounted subscription for IBPAP.
